Kforce has a client in Burbank, CA seeking an Event Coordinator.Overview:Our team is looking to bring on a Live Events Operations Coordinator tact as a core member of the video operations team focused on OTT Mobile and Desktop video products. The Coordinator will work closely with Product Production and third party vendors to ensure the highest quality video experience is getting tour end users.An effective live events coordinator has excellent project management and communication skills and remains flexible to handle frequent scheduling changes associated with live event production. They work closely with many internal teams, including programming, design, video production, editorial and integrated marketing. The live events coordinator manages multiple programming schedules, meets deadlines, thrives in an extremely fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail and can work autonomously. A passion for working in digital media is a must.Duties Include:
Event Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring live streaming events and troubleshooting issues as they arise
Responsible for manually triggering ad breaks where needed with direction from the production teams for events
Prepare recordings of live events for delivery to the publishing team for VOD
Collaborate with third parties to coordinate on-boarding requirements and troubleshoot issues
Monitor Live video in products during events and relay any issues to engineers
As an Event Coordinator, you will ensure project documents are complete current and organized appropriately
Take ownership of the LiveTV experience driving potential issues to resolution in a timely fashion
Work with the support team to field customer issues that have been advanced tour team
BA/BS degree required
Minimum 1 year of digital production experience
Media related experience
Experience working in a content management system
Highly organized
Detail-oriented self-starter
Learns new tools and systems quickly
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate
Capable of problem solving
Knowledge of the entertainment industry
Working knowledge of content management systems
Nice to Have:
Photoshop and web production skills desirable
Project management experience is nice to have
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
