　　Robert Half is seeking a talented and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our corporate vehicles, coordinating pre-promotional marketing campaigns, and supporting various partnership initiatives. You will be at the forefront of creating seamless and engaging experiences for our audience.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Corporate Vehicle Management:

　　· Oversee a fleet of over 100 corporate vehicles for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events.

　　· Responsibilities include ordering new vehicles, replacing vehicles, coordinating vehicle delivery, and overseeing vehicle wrapping.

　　Pre-Promotional Marketing:

　　· Coordinate marketing campaigns for event series, utilizing email marketing, social media, and owned channel communications.

　　· Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion leading up to each event.

　　Lead Generation Efforts:

　　· Create lead generation forms, QR codes, and implement tracking mechanisms to analyze results from events.

　　· Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

　　Partnership Coordination:

　　· Support the coordination of partnerships, including ticket distribution, volunteer coordination, event planning, on-site event support, and results recap.

　　Ensure seamless execution of partnership activities and contribute to their overall success.

　　Creative Request Submissions:

　　· Facilitate creative request submissions to our creative services team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of creative assets for events.

　　Project Management:

　　· Undertake other project management duties as requested, contributing to the overall success of the events and partnership initiatives.

　　Qualifications:

　　· Proven experience in event coordination or related field.

　　· Strong organizational and project management skills.

　　· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

　　· Familiarity with lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns.

　　· Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
