The opportunity
The ESG and Sustainability analyst is a professional with a passion for sustainability who will coordinate and support all aspects related to ESG data collection, analysis and management. As a member of Teva's global ESG and Sustainability team, they will contribute to the execution of 'Healthy Future' (Teva's sustainability strategy), through the integration of advanced data systems into the company’s ESG reporting & disclosures. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders and will support the company in improving its performance in ESG and Sustainability, including with respect to ESG ratings, standards, regulations and frameworks and our company's ESG and Sustainability disclosures and reports.
How you’ll spend your day
Data Management: Be the central administrator for Teva's ESG and Sustainability data collection and management platform working with internal stakeholders.
ESG Ratings and questionnaires: Coordinate, project manage, submit, review and validate ESG Ratings and identify areas for improvement.
Sustainability Reporting: Support Teva's ESG team in developing the annual Sustainability report.
Documentation: Maintain and develop Teva ESG position statements, policies and procedures.
Presentations: Support in preparing materials on ESG for internal and external audiences.
Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards of Sustainability Key Performance Indicators.
Analysis: Conduct performance analysis, benchmarking, gap assessments and best practices on ESG topics.
Standards and Frameworks: Promote and align Teva's ESG data and disclosures with key standards and frameworks such as SASB, GRI, ESRS and TCFD.
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in environment, sustainability, business, economics, industrial engineering, or other related subjects.
2-5 years of experience in data analytics and project management.
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to balance multiple priorities.
Ability and experience in working effectively within a highly matrixed organization, activating and collaborating with many stakeholders across the global organization to achieve mutually reinforcing goals.
Speaking, reading and writing English at native level is a core. requirement. Hebrew proficiency is preferred
Preferred :
Experience in ESG data collection, analysis, and management.
Experience in public health or the pharmaceutical industry
