The ERP Analyst will report to the Applications/Development & Integrations Manager and will have in their scope the end-to-end management of Group14’s ERP and ancillary tooling. They will work closely with stakeholders, GRC, Infosec, and business unit leaders to develop, build, maintain, and support Group14’s financial, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :
-Collaborating with leaders and stakeholders on relevant business requirements, functionalities, and outcomes.
-Assisting with ERP product management including request intake, road mapping, work prioritization.
-Collaborating on and executing work as scoped by the Sr ERP Analyst and IT leadership.
-Ensuring the ongoing compliance and conformity of the ERP to relevant regulations and standards, e.g. SOX, NIST, ISO27001.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :
-Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP platforms, preferably SAP (Business ByDesign, S/4HANA, ECC).
-Demonstrated ability to understand business processes and implement corresponding technical solutions.
-A strong ability to translate technical jargon and functionality into outcome-driven narratives for business leaders.
-Experience in high growth environments, balancing urgencies today with stability tomorrow.
-Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, e.g. US GAAP, SOX, IFRS.
OTHER QUALITIES WE’D LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE :
-Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial, and chemical engineering verticals.
-Experience supporting ERP migration, e.g. from a midsize platform to enterprise.

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. All positions come with a company bonus and stock options. The actual base pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the position is located.
