OVERVIEW: The Equipment QC Analyst I is an entry-level, non-exemptposition that reports to EQC Management. The Equipment QC Analyst isresponsible for calibrating diagnostic equipment and ensuring it meetsthe quality standards set by the business DUTIES: Calibrateequipment manufactured and ensure that it meets the quality standardsset by the company. Completion of customer equipment orders. Record,document, and summarize calibration and testing data for review by EQCManager Follow and update standard operating procedures. REQUIREMENTS:BS in Biochemistry or related life science field Familiarity withMicrosoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Understanding of basic statisticsExcellent attention to detail Must be available 8:30 am to 5:30 pmMonday through Friday 1-3 years of QC experience 1-3 years of GMP/GLPexperience Understanding of aseptic/sterile technique Advanced knowledgeof MS Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability togive and receive feedback. Self-Motivated Good communication &interpersonal skills Diligent and dependable Strong organizationalskills Able to lift 25 pounds periodically. Occasionally move binsweighing up to 25 pounds across the facility Able to remain in astationary position for an extended length of time. Constantly operateshandheld diagnostic devices, a computer, and other office equipment suchas a printer.
