The mission for this position is to support the farm and all the tillage planting and cultivating needs.

　　Outcomes

　　Perform field tillage activities including but not limited to primary tillage, secondary tillage, cultivation, harvest support (dump wagon), and spray and fertilizer applications.   

　　Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

　　Equipment may include any of the following: Honda ATV, Polaris, 5320/5325 tractors, 6320 tractors, 7210/7410 and similar vehicles or tractors, challenger MT755 and John Deere Sprayer.

　　Tasks include mowing, weed control, planting, harvesting, fertilizer and chemical application, irrigation, pruning, drip setup, maintenance, and repairs. 

　　Operate GPS guidance systems in equipment.

　　Communicate field conditions with senior operators or managers.

　　Maintain equipment in working order.

　　Keep accurate records of work performed.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Three months of related experience.

　　Must have a valid driver’s license.

　　Bilingual Spanish/English desirable.
