Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic Call Hub Analyst to join their team. Requirements

You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role

Certifications

Epic Cheers and/or Nurse Triage certifications

Experience

3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor

Experience with Call Hub

Soft-Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
