　　Job Description

　　QMPP - Customer & Production management

　　Product quality assurance of serial product / production with target to meet customer satisfaction which includes Customer approval management, Problem Solving, Lessons Learned and Reporting of the QKPI performance

　　Customer interface to relevant product quality topics- Audit management & Support- Structured Problem Solving incl. root cause analysis- Customer approval managemgnt for engineering change, 4M and ISIR

　　Continuous improvement activities for Production product / processes in order to ensure customer satisfaction and requirements

　　Activities for PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's or above degree in Electric, Mech. or relavant Engineering

　　More than 3 years' experience in automotive project / Quality management (knowledge in electronic and mechanic components) - Work experience in EV motor quality control is high preferred- Good communication and problem-solving skill, teamwork spirit and logical & structural thinking- Good command of English- Good analytical and communication skills
