  Key Responsibilities:

  - Project Delivery 70%

  Support the project lead in Workplace Strategy projects with research, strategy development, and project delivery. Including but not limited to workplace assessment, data analysis to ensure value, quality, and profitability of project delivery.

  Support the change Management projects, including but not limited to stakeholder engagement, employee communications, coaching and training, resistance management, etc.

  Manage client relationships and project delivery.

  Support on client pitching and bidding.

  Work closely with the Office team, Project Management etc. to develop a total solution for clients.

  Ensure compliance with CBRE policies including fee sharing, licensing requirements, subcontractor liability, etc.

  - Daily team operation support 30%

  Take charge of monthly/quarterly financial process.

  Take charge of the contracting process.

  Key Requirements:

  Experience

  • Experience in large or small multinational companies.

  • Relevant working experience in workplace strategy, change management, project management, or facility management.

  • Experience in stakeholder management or cross-department coordination.

  Skills

  • Familiarity with Workplace Strategy, change management, and relevant project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint.

  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.

  • Excellent active listening skills.

  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.

  • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

  • The ability to network within both the property and learning and development communities

  • Strong analytic abilities are a plus.

  Qualifications / Professional Membership
