　　Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Environmental Services Manager 2 for ECU Health Medical Center, a 974-bed teaching medical center, the flagship facility and the heart of ECU Health. ECU Health Medical Center is the third largest Level I Trauma Center in the nation and serves as the teaching hospital for the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. This is a 3rd Shift opening ( 11:00pm start time) managing a team of 25 that includes rotating weekends. Successful candidates will have experience in Environmental Services, Hotels housekeeping and/or Custodial Services. Sodexo is seeking a true self-starter who can lead a team under minimal supervision.

　　The Custodial Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

　　Driving Patient Satisfaction Scores and attaining KPI results monthly, quarterly and Yearly

　　Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff for all areas of the operation.

　　Works closely with the Infectious Control department. OR and other departments of the facility

　　A strong focus on department initiatives

　　Responsible for driving client satisfaction

　　Is seen as a leader and can drive projects and initiatives through sound strategic methodology

　　Effectively manage the Unit Operating System;

　　Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
