　　SUMMARY We have a great opportunity for creative, curious, solution-minded people to join and be part of our New Product Development Team (NPD). We are customer centric and are developing new innovative products that require an enthusiastic and dedicated teammate to help us realize our strategic initiatives. As a key member of scrum team you will have the opportunity to be on the ground level of a wide range of product development activities; from design and development of new products to evolving current products, to prototyping and testing, to working with a cross-functional team in order to drive an idea from concept to production. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with stakeholders to identify and define product requirements and specifications. • Develop and maintain a product backlog, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure product requirements are met. • Communicate product vision, goals, and progress to stakeholders and team members. • Work with Scrum Master to ensure Agile processes are followed and product is delivered on time and within budget. • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product vision and is ready for implementation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Plan and manage releases, setting clear goals and priorities for each release to meet business objectives. • Work closely with the development team, providing clear and concise user stories, answering questions, and ensuring the team has a shared understanding of the product. • Participate in Sprint Planning, helping the team select and commit to user stories for the upcoming Sprint. • Define acceptance criteria for user stories and participate in user story review and acceptance testing, ensuring the delivered product meets the defined criteria. • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and aligning development efforts with business goals. • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may affect the successful delivery of the product.
