JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Job Information TheEnvironmental Health and Safety Specialist will be responsible forsupporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of thecompany\'s environmental health and safety (EHS) programs. They willassist in identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments,and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. TheSpecialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote aculture of safety, provide training to employees, and monitor EHSperformance. Role & Responsibility * Assist in the development andimplementation of EHS programs, policies, and procedures * Conductregular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, unsafepractices, and non-compliance issues * Assist in the development anddelivery of training programs on various EHS topics, including but notlimited to, hazardous materials handling, emergency response, andworkplace ergonomics * Collaborate with different departments toidentify and evaluate EHS risks and provide recommendations forimprovement * Maintain accurate records and documentation related toEHS activities, incidents, and compliance * Support incidentinvestigations, root cause analysis, and the development of correctiveand preventive action plans * Monitor and track EHS performance metricsto identify trends and areas for improvement * Stay current withapplicable regulations and industry best practices related to EHS *Assist in the coordination of emergency response drills and exercises *Participate in EHS committees, meetings, and other relevant forums JobRequirement * Bachelor\'s degree in related field or equivalent relatedexperience * Knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations andstandards * Strong understanding of EHS principles, risk assessmenttechniques, and hazard identification methods * Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively conveyEHS information to diverse audiences * Attention to detail and stronganalytical skills to assess data and identify trends * Ability to workcollaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders* Proficient in using EHS management systems, databases, and software* Experience in conducting EHS inspections, audits, and incidentinvestigations is preferred * Relevant certifications such as CertifiedSafety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician(OHST) are a plus * Travel required: \< 10% #WayUp As a part of theDoosan Group, which employs more than 43,000 people in 38 countriesworldwide, the company offers its customers products and solutions tohelp build stronger businesses and communities.
