It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator Assistant to work as an Envelope Catcher in our Coldwater Plant.Your Responsibilities:* Assisting in the setup of equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.* Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.* Maintain a clean and organized work area.* Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.Your Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Thursday.You Must Have:* Experience in a production related environment preferred* Excellent written and verbal communications skills* Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills* Work well independently as well as in a team environment* Basic math and computer skillsRequirements within this position:*Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.*Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.*Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.*Frequently required to move inside the facility.*Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).We Would Also Prefer:* High School Diploma/GEDAbout Taylor CorporationOne of the top five graphics communications companies in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
