Entry Level Purchasing and Parts Associate- Hudson

　　Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, has an opening for a Parts/Purchasing Associate. This position is entry level. You will be responsible for purchasing parts from local vendors, keeping accurate records & processing warranty information. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Create Purchase Orders and Transfer parts using current technology

　　Purchase items from local vendors

　　Track orders that have been placed

　　Interpret tech notes to determine what is needed for a job

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Solid working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office- Heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

　　Ability to multitask

　　Self-motivated and independent.

　　Organized
