　　Assist in the cultivation, propagation, and maintenance plants.Perform tasks such as potting, pruning, weeding, and irrigation to ensure plant health.Collaborate with nursery staff to support general operations and projects.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Qualifications:

　　Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Prior nursery or landscaping experience is a plus.
