Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an Enterprise Security and IAM Architect.Summary:The Enterprise Security and IAM Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's security architecture and Identity and Access Management strategies. This critical role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.Responsibilities:
Security Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the overall enterprise security architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards
IAM Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management strategies, encompassing user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify security gaps and recommend mitigation strategies
Security Policies and Standards: Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices
Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, business units, and external partners to integrate security measures into the development and deployment of systems and applications
Incident Response: Develop and maintain incident response plans, providing leadership in responding to and mitigating security incidents
Security Awareness: Promote a culture of security awareness across the organization through training, communication, and education initiatives
Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging security technologies, evaluating their effectiveness and relevance to the organization's security posture
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable
Proven experience as a Security Architect with a focus on enterprise-level security and IAM
Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, frameworks, and technologies, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access control
Strong understanding of security architecture, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with cloud security principles and solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to various stakeholders
Ability to lead and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
