Roles and responsibilities will grow based on overall competency, performance and experience.What you'll doProvide business support to SalesFacilitate consultant follow-up with email content, appropriate collateral or other items as well as ongoing consultant "check-in"Conduct research on employer contacts and consultants and communicate findings to VP of SalesAccurately maintaining leads, opportunities and contacts in CRM; manage employer target lists and follow-up remindersCreate Sales presentations for all opportunity and consultant meetingsWork with team members to facilitate ongoing consultant and target employer outreach, leveraging marketing as necessaryFacilitate securing required information to create a proposalManage ongoing deal support (due diligence questions, deal summary, site visit plans)Prospect both new consultant/broker contacts and employers leads within an assigned territory and maintain activityRepresent Quantum Health at trade show/conferences, facilitate lead generation and follow-upSupport Sales Executive in key consultant meetingsCoordinate with Sales Executive to build relationships with location/regional employer healthcare coalitions in your territoryCreate and maintain prep documents and notes for all meetings including executive or senior leadership participation, or site visitsIdentify and qualify new consultant relationshipsFacilitate Quantum Health introductory webinars independentlyProvide leadership and input in developing a successful site visit experienceAll other duties as assigned.What you'll bringBachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent2+ years' sales experience (inside or outside sales)Experience in insurance/healthcareExperience using a CRM system, like Salesforce and/or Microsoft DynamicsDemonstrated proficiency in using Word, PowerPoint and ExcelStrong writing and communications skills requiredProtect and take care of our company and member's data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policiesStrong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficientlyTrustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information dailyWhat's in it for youCompensation: Competitive base pay, incentive plans and employee referral bonuses.Coverage: Health, vision and dental featuring our best-in-class healthcare navigation services, along with life insurance, legal and identity protection, adoption assistance, EAP, Teladoc services and more.Retirement: 401(k) plan with up to 4% employer match and full vesting on day one.Balance: Paid Time Off (PTO), 7 paid holidays, parental leave, volunteer days, paid sabbaticals, and more.Development: Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually, certification/continuing education reimbursement, discounted higher education partnerships, paid trainings and leadership development.Culture: Recognition as a Best Place to Work for 15+ years, dedication to diversity, philanthropy and sustainability, and people-first
