Amentum is currently seeking an Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Specialist to join our team and support our Washington, DC customer onsite in a high-paced environment. We are looking for team members who are passionate about making a difference by working on critical efforts that we manage as a premier government contractor.

　　We are pipelining candidates for future roles.

　　The shift for this position is expected to be a night shift Wednesday – Saturday (two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts). This is subject to change in the future based on the customer's needs. There will also be a 90-day training period during the day shift before you are transitioned to the night shift schedule.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform day-to-day activities required to monitor systems for events or alerts supporting a 24/7/365 operations center.

　　Coordinate and manage the resolution of events and alerts.

　　Monitor and identify problem areas and coordinate resolutions.

　　Apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments.

　　Utilize software and hardware tools and identifies and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting systems.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　At least 4 years of related experience providing support to an enterprise operation center, monitoring and managing enterprise systems and networks using advanced technologies and tools

　　Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　CompTIA Security+, A+, and/or NET+ Certification

　　Experience with any of the following tools:

　　Broadcom Unified Infrastructure Management (UIM) – monitoring servers and applications

　　Broadcom Spectrum – monitoring network infrastructure

　　ServiceNow (incidents and change requests)

　　StruxureWare Data Center Expert – Environmental and power monitoring

　　CENTERScape by RFCODE – Environmental monitoring tool

　　Nlyte – tracks data center and network devices

　　Cisco WebEx – Used for bridges

　　Microsoft Teams (chat, Calendar, Planner), a good understanding of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), and SharePoint
