Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise IT Shared Services Lead IV to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD .
Description:
The Enterprise IT Shared Services Lead IV provides overall IT Services leadership for planning, initiating, and delivering IT projects that cover a wide range of IT capabilities such as cloud, network, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and Service Design Package delivery. Leads and guides the work of technical staff. Serves as liaison between technical and end users for multiple projects. Plans project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitors progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and customer performance targets are met. The Enterprise IT Shared Services Lead IV provides expert technical leadership and works with the Chief Engineer on all IT design implementation, operations, support, and technology infusion for Maverick. Serves as the lead for all IT delivery efforts on Maverick, including IT infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and end user support for a geographically dispersed workforce. Serves as the authority for ITIL within the program, overseeing performance on Task 3. Manages the transition, deployment, modernization and customization of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks across the enterprise. Oversees and manages SLAs for the cloud services lifecycle, including cloud migrations, across multiple worldwide locations and spanning multiple security levels. Manages the delivery of IT shared services required for Mission Essential Services Plan (MESP) implementation. Manages cybersecurity support, including all offensive and defensive cyber activities, DevSecOps implementation, and RMF-based practices. Oversees end user services to include desktop support, ITIL-based environments, embedded OEM support, and supports IT operations centers, help desk, Network Operations Centers (NOC), and Security Operations Centers (SOC). Oversees evolution of all IT-related Service Design Packages based on program performance, mission needs, and insertion of disruptive innovations. Serves as part of integrated technical and management program Senior Solution Assessment Team.Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of experience leading IT Service execution on programs $100M+ in value.
Minimum of 10 years of experience providing a variety of Classified and Unclassified IT infrastructure services to geographically distributed customers at the DoD/IC multitenant level.
Bachelor’s degree or a HS diploma with 16 years of experience providing IT services in lieu of a required bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering and supporting Service Design Packages in support of Classified and Unclassified IT programs and projects.Clearance Requirements:
The ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Eligible Clearance is required prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
