About Enterprise Architect - GenAI, AWS Professional Services

  Description

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced and motivated business-oriented technologist who possesses a unique balance of business knowledge, AI/ML depth, and effective interpersonal skills. This role will focus on supporting a program and team which help customers looking to use AI/ML and Data & Analytics to enhance their business or operational outcomes.

In this role you will lead customers and partners through key adoption perspectives. You will be aligned to AWS’s Cloud Adoption Framework for AI/ML and complexities in adopting technology, people, and process for GenAI. This may include business, people, governance, security, platform, and operational needs, as well as key technology dimensions of Large Language Model benchmarking, fine-tuning, and managing biases to drive Responsible AI.

You will lead a team which partners with customers, AWS Sales, and AWS service teams to craft multi-year solutions to serve the needs of the customer, and extend that use to other customers within the industry. You will lead a team which evangelizes AWS AI/ML and AWS Data & Analytics services with other customers and helps drive revenue growth across a broad set of industry-specific use cases. As a team lead and trusted customer advocate, this role will evolve the best practices program for AI/ML, team structure, project approaches, and business measurement. The ability to drive business value with the program is critical to this role.

  Key job responsibilities

Own the program approach (business, organizational, technical) and ultimate success around a portfolio of AI/ML projects

Continually expand the program to drive complex, industry-specific business concepts with executives, line managers and data scientists

Engage with various AWS team leaders, including solutions architecture, business development, marketing, and regional professional services organizations

Drive large, complex sales opportunities to closure and through delivery

Ensure program success across customers to launch AI/ML on the AWS platform

Continue programs which educate customers on the value proposition of AWS AI/ML

Participate as a senior advisor in deep business discussions to ensure solutions are designed to capture business value and drive the intended success metrics

Participate as a senior advisor in workshops which identify AI/ML opportunities with our customers considering or already using AWS

Capture and operationalize best-practice knowledge for enterprises that wish to drive machine learning more holistically (e.g., deploying a customer center of excellence) in the program

Drive AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers

Build deep relationships with senior individuals within customers to enable them to be AI/ML advocates

Act as a business liaison between customers, services, data scientists and support

Make meaningful contributions as a senior advisor to support deep business and operational discussions
