WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to the Program Lead, an Enrolment Specialist is responsible for both online and offline customer acquisition to nurture potential leads into a customer
Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students through various channels - phone, video calls, chat and in person events
Own targets and manage a robust pipeline of prospective student in HubSpot to achieve measurable results against a range of funnel management and activity metrics.
Continuously learn and master the course catalogue through training and independent research to offer the best enrolment experience to prospective students
Facilitate eligible candidate's enrolment journey which includes processing of online registration, identity verification, screening for suited track and ensuring online payment transactions prior to the start of class
Ensure accuracy and validity during enrolment by conducting documents and contracts checks throughout enrolment process
Handle withdrawals/deferments before start of course
Keep accurate and detailed records of documents
Provide daily update on the progress on registration and enrolment status (including withdrawals)
Be the main point of support for candidates keen to enrol onto RISE 2.0 program.
* Review existing processes with the team to initiate, develop and implement improvements.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, process-driven, maturity to represent the BCG brand
2. Empathetic and confident during sales pitches with exceptional closing skills
3. Ability to understand an individual's wants and needs to offer a logical solution
4. Minimum of 2 years in consultative sales, consumer sales or admissions/ recruiting
5. Meticulous with an eye for detail, organised and able to multi-task
6. Able to work independently and cohesively within small team environment
7. Experience in administrative roles (Comfortable with Excel functions and have experience with a CRM software)
8. Business background (e.g.: Diploma, Degree, relevant industry experience) preferred

We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
