Job Description:
Support ICT stations and functional test.
Performs troubleshooting of complex Stations and fixtures, including dismantling, adjusting, repairing, calibrating, aligning, assembling, and operating according to engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation.
First line of defense in resolving daily test issues impacting troubleshoot, environmental, or up flow test for manufacturing and operations.
Monitors station utilization and downtime and reports out to the TE Shift Lead.
Assists manufacturing technicians by answering questions and providing training on test systems and troubleshooting tools.
Updates station documentation items such as MTP’s, Station BOM’s, AMR’s, and TSW’s.
Works in conjunction with PM coordinator and Calibration Monitor to maintain proper spare equipment inventory for the FF test stations.
Essential Functions:
Troubleshooting of ICT stations, complex digital and RF test systems.
Promptly responding to operations support requests in the resolution of test issues impacting production.
Fully proficient support individual contributor. Works under limited supervision.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of manufacturing systems, production processes technical standards and equipment.
Understanding of Harris RF New and Legacy products
Minimum of 2 years of experience reading schematics and troubleshooting to component level
Minimum of 1 year of experience MS Word and Excel
2 yrs. experience with ICT
2yrs. experience with internal and external customers
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $51,000 - $94,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
