　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this position, you will be part of a 12-month trainee program. Where you will gain valuable knowledge and experience that will lead to a final job placement in the design unit. You will be preparing roadway, bridge, and structural plans, maps, and similar drawings utilizing computer aided drafting and design (CADD) software or traditional drafting techniques. Additionally, you will prepare erosion and sedimental pollution control plans, assist with computations and cost estimates for projects, and interpret survey notes and engineering data. Field trips may be required to gather information for plan preparation.

　　Full-time employmentWork hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, on an ad hoc basis.
