　　We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead teams of mobile engineers. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing a highly skilled team of engineers. You will have an opportunity to build and deliver mobile apps with a large customer base, contributing to the overall success of the company, and be part of the largest mobile product team in Bulgaria. You will lead by example, inspire creativity, and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the engineering department.

　　You will lead several teams of engineers (12 - 16 people) through hiring, coaching, mentoring and hands-on career development.Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, engagement and continuous improvement.Lead and own delivery of modern technical solutions, addressing business needs and ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and product requirements.Oversee the technical design and implementation of features following industry best practices and scalability requirements.Effectively communicate updates, progress, and challenges to key stakeholders, including executive leadership and product managers.Craft a meaningful vision for the team, working closely with product managers, stakeholders, fellow engineering managers and other development teamsPromote agile software development and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices to improve team efficiency and facilitate rapid iterations.Promote tools and processes supporting highly professional software standardsActively collaborate with your colleagues and other leaders in the organisation.
