　　Under direct supervision/guidance, the engineering intern candidate will assist the engineering team in the development and analysis of the manufacturing processes and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. Key Responsibilities • Maintain a safe working environment • Work with employees on the production floor to improve the overall manufacturing processes by implementing engineered solutions • Provide support for operational and quality issues as required • Assist team with identification of areas for improvement and suggests solutions • Prepares standard reports/ documentation to communicate results of projects

　　Required Qualifications

　　Qualifications • Must be currently enrolled student • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required • Demonstrate ownership of projects including acceptance of responsibility, pride in work performed, and willingness to learn • Familiar with Microsoft Office software package

　　Eligible to work 40 hours a week during your CO-OP semesters

　　Additional Description

　　Preferred but Not Required Skills • Experience with 2D/3D modeling software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) • Statistical Analysis experience (MiniTab, JMP, RStudio) • Mechanical skill set acquired by hobbies, clubs or past experiences • Electrical skill set acquired by hobbies, clubs or past experiences
