　　Required Skills / Abilities:

　　Strong communication and organizational skills

　　Mechanical and electrical skills, coupled with instrumentation expertise.

　　Previous experience in plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting is preferred but not required.

　　A track record of success on Safety, Environmental, Quality and Employee Involvement

　　Self-starter with leadership abilities

　　The Site Supervisor role is a key member of the team for the Southern California HYCO (Hydrogen and Carbon Monoxide) facilities.

　　This role is a safety sensitive position.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Run the day-to-day site operation including leading a team of operators, maintenance technicians and administrative duties responsibilities.

　　Environmental compliance, health, safety, and Quality of the facility, employees, and community.

　　Understand and be responsible for all aspects of plant operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer interface.

　　Collaborate with customers, operations teams, and Air Product support teams to promote strong customer relations and coordination of maintenance, process outages and downtime product needs.

　　Ensure all aspects of operational discipline are in place and functioning properly for the Martinez, California SMR (Steam Methane Reformer) Facility.

　　Managing and scheduling Preventative Maintenance and Critical System Checks, addressing maintenance concerns within budget.

　　Minimum Hiring Requirements:

　　HS Diploma or GED required.

　　Two years strong manufacturing/production background and experience

　　Work Hours

　　This position requires to be on site.

　　On call accountability to support plant issues in a 24/7 operation environment

　　In California, the expected pay range is $120,350 - $156,500 plus bonus. This is the pay range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
