Description: Engineering Aide to Process Engineering in support of operations in the ABU electronic manufacturing area. Candidate will support development and maintenance of process equipment related to Surface Mount Pick and Place line along with associated soldering and cleaning processes. This role will require the ability to interpret Hardware design requirements through assembly drawings and Bill of Materials to support various Manufacturing processes associated with electronic assembly build and rework. Candidate must be familiar with IPC standards associated with electric assemblies, and Solder Certifications are a plus. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and process problems as they arise on the manufacturing floor along with implementing continuous improvement activities with existing processes. Individual will be required to collaborate with process engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering and manufacturing personnel. Providing hands on support along with training and coaching to manufacturing personnel to create and further develop their skillset.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and associated Bill of Materials.

　　• Experienced in Automated Surface Mount Assembly equipment.

　　• IPC-A-610 knowledge/Certification in electrical and mechanical assemblies

　　• Ability to provide quick turnarounds on technical assistance requests to the manufacturing floor.

　　Desired Skills:

　　• Previous circuit card assembly experience desired.

　　• Able to understand manufacturing process documentation.

　　• Experience working in team environment and SAP utilization.

　　• Understanding of 6S principles.

　　• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, EPDM

　　Pay Rate:

　　The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $56,100 - $107,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
