  In this capacity, you will be supporting eSourcing activities, contract management, product notice change reviews, and risk assessment of parts for direct commodities. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  To keep procurement activities compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

  To ensure proper alignment of the inbound supply chain for products and raw materials across our business units.

  To maintain, manage, and improve the item database, supplier database, and supplier library (i.e., datasheets, catalogs, profiles, etc.).

  To facilitate process improvement activities and develop policies and guidelines for Supply Chain Management.

  To provide reports that can help in developing and improving current systems in procurement.

  To work with strategic procurement colleagues to support new supply sources for existing and new product requirements.

  Who You Are:

  You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment.

  For This Role, You Will Need:

  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Electronics and Communications, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or other Engineering related courses.

  2.5 years of relevant working experience in Procurement or Manufacturing.

  Knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical/electronic commodities.

  Knowledgeable in environmental legislation and similar areas such as ROHS, REACH, etc.

  Fair degree of understanding in the field of Supply Chain.

  Basic understanding of procurement systems and tools (ERP, MRP, SRM).
