  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented System Administrator to join our team in Springfield, VA.

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  Provide tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 system administration support to multiple WANs and LANs

  Perform all required daily, weekly, monthly, annual O&M

  Perform SOP documentation updates to support IT activities

  Perform patching per patch management schedule

  Collect metrics in ticketing system to ensure key metrics are met for system administration

  Serve as primary tier 1 and phone support to customers' IT needs

  Ensure secure baselines are applied to relevant workstations and servers

  Create detailed requirements engineering and capability backlog.

  Foster relationships with stakeholders to deliver state of the art customer service

  Engineer, document, and deliver the information system solutions through all stages of SDLC

  Diagnose and resolve the complex performance, security, and/or technical challenges related to the platforms listed below

  Responsible for investigating and resolving operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel

  Provide IT Systems Admin support on a wide range of technologies, including: VMware, Windows Server 2012 R2, Sentris, Active Directory, SAN, Sentris 3, and PKI (two-factor authentication)

  Other duties as assigned

  Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or Math) or equivalent job experience, and 2-4 years of related experience

  DoD 8570 qualified; minimum Security+CE certification

  IT certifications

  Knowledge of latest Microsoft technology

  Knowledge of latest VMware technology

  Knowledge of SAN technology

  Risk Management Framework (DCID 6/3 PL3) experience

  Valid US Driver’s License

  Travel up to 10%

  Preferred Qualifications:

  ITIL Foundations certification

  Scripting experience or willingness to learn

  Knowledge of Cisco technology a plus

  Knowledge of PKI a plus

  Security Clearance Requirements:

  Active Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the past 6 years with SCI eligibility. Candidate must be open to CI poly.Physical Requirements:

  Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the time

  Must be able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery

  Must be able to position self to maintain office supplies on variable height shelving.

  The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

  Must be able to observe and detect employee deviations from established policy

  For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
