Work with existing and potential customers - both within and outsideof the utility's Choice Gas program - to ensure the ongoing growth of theBlack Hills Energy Services.SALARY RANGE: $47,950 - $71,950 (Determined by the knowledge,skills and abilities of the applicant.)REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Supervisor Energy Services ProgramLOCATION: This position may be located in Denver, Colorado or Kearney,Nebraska.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Obtain Choice business for Residential / Commercial, AG and IndustrialCustomers through outbound calling.Understand Choice Program Rules while maintaining compliance.Take Active Sales role during sign up campaigns and early sign up periods,inbound and outbound calling.Handle customer inquiries and manage customer contact listsAttend/Prepare booths for select conferences.CRM testing, assisting Analyst with enhancements.Facilitate expense and time reporting.Gather competitive info and prices.Maintain records and other administrative tasks.Assist with delegation agreements outside of selection period.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:May be required to carry a company-provided cell phone and be available torespond during working hours; may be required to respond during non-workinghours, especially related to company emergencies.Travel within geographic region (generally Colorado, Wyoming,Nebraska), and occasionally out of the geographic region, may berequired and is anticipated, including overnight and/or weekend travel.Travel expected to be excessive during enrollment time.Other duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS:No experience required.
