　　Compensation for the Shipping Lead

　　Responsibilities for the Shipping Lead

　　Designate appropriate orders to be processed based on due date and time restraintsCreate packers, and ship to meet customers dock dates while assisting team members with order processing issuesMentor the Shipping and Receiving employees by having a good attitude to help to shape the department's culture, motivation, and environmentTeamwork, collaboration, good communication, empathy, and following proper procedures are keys to a Lead's successFunction as the primary backup for driver, inventory, and other shipping associatesContribute to the training and development of other employeesOther duties as assigned

　　Requirements of the Shipping Lead

　　1 Year previous shipping experience requiredForklift experience or willing to be trained requiredExperience using FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Freight requiredAbility to lift 50 lbs. regularly requiredPrevious Inventory Control experience desired to include understand principles for lot traceability, and identify and support process improvements for department
