Who You Are: This positionis responsible for providing employment readiness support services tonewly arriving refugees in the Refugee Services Program. This positionwill support the Match Grant program for refugees seekingself-sufficiency. What You Will Work On: Maintains an active caseload of15 to 20 cases. Provide employment readiness services and job coaching.Assess job skill and employment history of all enrolled clients. Developand provide a Workforce Expectation Orientation in collaboration withthe Refugee Services Program Manager. Act as a liaison between employersand clients. What You Bring: Education, Certifications, and LicensureRequirements/Preferences Bachelor\'s Degree (4-Year Program) orequivalent lived and or worked experience. ExperienceRequirements/Preferences 1-year prior experience with interviewing andhiring processes preferred. 1-year experience providing case managementsupport, information and referrals and advocacy strongly preferred.Ability to communicate concisely and effectively, both verbally and inwriting English.
