　　• Project Execution –Project review and timely reporting both to SI local management and global management would be a part of the role. Participate in commercial discussions and actively involve in analyzing customer’s requirements, examine their commercial and contractual terms as per the contract. Identification and financial evaluation of opportunities and risks, definition and implementation of appropriate measures for mitigating risks or exploring opportunities as well as establishment of reserves for remaining risks with the support of the PM. Evaluating the costs incurred as well as cost to come on a regular basis and ensuring that the project is profitable.

　　• Financial KPIs – Provide monthly forecast for your projects to facilitate management to make timely decisions. Provide timely & qualitative information pertaining to Revenue, Costs, Unexecuted Order Value, Unbilled Cost etc. to maintain transparency and correct books & records. Monitoring, controlling, and updating of project costs, risks, invoicing, accruals, provisions, hedging, bank guarantees, insurance, taxation and project report shall be part of the role.

　　• Receivable Management – Periodic receivable review, plan monthly collection and ensure that the overdue are at bare minimum. Continuous follow-up & liquidation of debtors according to the terms of payments, reconciliation of accounts.

　　• Analysis – Preparation of monthly variance analysis and ensuring accurate books of accounts by taking corrective and timely actions.

　　You may also get opportunities for sales commercial activities during the pre-sales, bidding phase of some of the opportunities.

　　You will get a good exposure of the entire project life cycle from the Acquisitions phase till the Project Closure both for Domestic and Export business.

　　We need people with a winning attitude!

　　• You have hands-on experience of 8-10 years in commercial operations or as a CPM in any Siemens Operating companies or a project business.

　　• A qualified professional CA/CS/ICWA/M.Com would be the right fit for the team and in addition CPM certification would be preferred.

　　• You have great communication skills, love to work in teams and best at collaboration

　　• The role is based out of Kalwa location in Mumbai
