　　The Employment Consultant will be working with various county case managers, local business, families and guardians of consumers helping them find employment for their consumers. This person will be working closely with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation among others. This position will work out of our Green Bay office Mon- Fri 8a-4:30.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Contact potential employers concerning present and future job placements while utilizing sales techniques.

　　Provide on-going job development to potential employers and maintain past employer contacts.

　　Assist clients with activities such as: completing job applications and interviews, providing training of work skills, teaching appropriate behaviors and social interaction within the guidelines of Clarity Care’s positive proactive philosophy

　　Maintain progress notes, contact logs, and other required documentation.

　　Experience working with persons with disabilities required.

　　Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, etc. preferred.

　　Ability to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the consumers and employers.

　　Possess a valid driver’s license, submit proof of insurance, and have a dependable vehicle
