Provide front-line HR support to employees and managers with specific focus on high volume People transactions, data maintenance for tier 0 and tier 1 level inquiries
Interprets and applies HR policies when answering employee and manager questions and processing transactions
Workday data entry, some of which requires critical thinking and understanding of the impact to downstream systems. Follow-up to correct errors or missing/insufficient data
Provides audit support/follow up on missing employee data
Manages requests for retrieval of employee documents for Legal and Employee Relations
May assist with HR compliance such as processing background checks and I9 employment verifications.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or related field of study
Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in HR Operations or Generalist functions.
Minimum 1 year experience with Workday.
Advanced knowledge of Human Resources processes and policies
Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
Intermediate technical aptitude and knowledge of G-suite required
