　　The opportunity

　　Operational Support and Reporting

　　Processing of invoices

　　Production of estimates and termination letters

　　Manage reporting and tracking of employee terminations, ensuring that the department acts in accordance with government regulations

　　Respond to employee and manager inquiries and escalating to the appropriate ER Consultant when necessary

　　Excellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail

　　Ability to multitask and prioritize work in high volume environment with tight deadlines

　　Strong technical competence with Microsoft office; familiarity with Accounts Payable proceses
