Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role is within the property management industry and will involve clerical duties and file management tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team by maintaining accurate resident files

• Ensure all necessary forms are properly filed and up to date

• Assist in processing customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed

• Help in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace

• Conduct clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Develop and maintain a filing system

• Update and maintain office policies and procedures

• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in handling clerical duties in a professional setting

• Proficiency in maintaining organized and accurate files

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability in previous roles

• High school diploma or equivalent education level required

• Previous experience in an office assistant role is a plus.
