Responsibilities:

Work closely with senior management to support daily operations.

Manage and update the company website using WordPress CMS.

Handle content management for the website, including SEO optimization.

Maintain and follow up on Salesforce CRM.

Promote trade show events, wins, and acquisitions on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Assist with design content creation, leveraging your design background.

Split duties evenly between digital marketing and administrative tasks.

Provide front office and executive support.

Create PowerPoint presentations for executives.

Requirements

Digital Marketing Specialist Administrative Assistant

Requirements:

Experience with WordPress CMS and content management.

Background or exposure to SEO practices.

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for maintenance and follow-up.

Strong presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms for promotions.

Design skills for content creation (e.g., Canva or similar tools).

1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
