We are seeking an EMEA Strategic Marketing Program Manager. In this role, you will be part of an EMEA Marketing and Communication team and you will report directly to the ED EMEA Marketing & Communication.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
• In charge of supporting the EMEA Marketing Team through the Program Management of all the key activities that are part of the Marketing & Comms strategy both in the geo and at WW level
• These include both the 5 marketing transformation pillars (Media, Blueprint, Customer Experience, CRM, One Lenovo) as well as all Segments Marketing Strategy. And extend to the Global Media COE currently being set-up
• Keeps track of the main initiatives, schedules, cadence. Defines, implements and manages internal processes to allow an overall smooth execution of all key initiatives
• Builds and manages a single view of the Geo Marketing KPIs, dashboard and budgets across all BUs in the geo
• Designs and implements a new Content Management and Localization Strategy and procedures to enable an optimized and synergetic approach to content. Makes order in the “content mess”, collecting what is available in the BUs, at HQ and country level, putting it all together and ordering it according to a predefined criteria, allowing cost optimization
• Anticipates, picks up and solve operational problems when they arise
• Becomes a day-to-day “Swiss Clock” for the whole marketing team, both EHQ and Markets
Position requirements:
• Very strong track record in program / project management, with an ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time
• Strong overall understanding of the whole marketing cycle, from strategy to planning to execution
• Solid experience in building marketing processes and tools in fast moving organizations
• Excellent stakeholders management skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels
• A self-starter, able to surf across a complex organization to get things done, breaking barriers when needed
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial like mindset and can-do attitude
• Perfect English and Italian both written and spoken
