The EMEA Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of assigned payrolls (International EMEA). Completing payroll changes, on and off-boarding, banking requirements for salary and tax payments, and month-end reconciliations together with time and attendance administration. Also ensuring timely query resolution and providing any additional project work support when required.
The role will be partnering with HR/Finance, external and internal agencies to ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll operations

Accelerate value & make an impact by:
Ensure payrolls are processed accurately, timely and in accordance with country local requirements
Complete month-end payroll activities
Ensure that monthly and yearly local tax filings, payments, and compliance requirements are met
Prepare employee and payroll tax payments
Create and maintain control documentation, process flows, and procedures in line with SOX requirements
Work with external providers/global teams regarding specific payroll treatment for employees e.g. expatriate, international assignments & equity
Administration of time and attendance system
Serves as the point of contact for all payroll related Queries and concerns
Reports monthly payroll reporting packs for the region
Records various payroll statistics for KPI/SLA reporting
Required qualifications:
At least 1-year experience in a similar role with payroll experience
Knowledge and application of payroll principles, concepts, and industry practices and standards.
HR operations or shared services environment or HR Functional experience preferred
Knowledge of Workday desirable
Strong Excel skills.
Fluent in English
Any additional European language (Dutch, German, French, Hungarian, Czech, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Italian) would be an advantage
