About EMEA Customer Enablement and Solutions Program Manager

  Job Description

  The EMEA Customer Business Solutions Customer Enablement and Solutions team has an open position for a Programs Manager. In this role the individual would be responsible for liaising with the broader Global teams and represent Global and regional requirements, by building a strong network across many different stakeholders at the WW level to influence business decisions and capabilities which deliver the biggest positive impact to the business as well as our customers.

  They will also be responsible to enable new business solutions globally as well as regional, while helping to define long term scalable solutions, models and capabilities that will help grow new revenue channels.

  Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  Being the primary owner and escalation point of contact for tool/ system downtime, including usability issues which can significantly impact our ability to run the business.Supporting capabilities and tool sustainability and enhancements, including gathering regional feedback from BMG users/ teams to help drive Go No Go decisions.Understanding the business requirements and priorities for EMEA BMG and representing back to the global project teamsEnsuring EMEA BMG user readiness for system enhancements and deployments, including communicating project timelines and providing user trainingProviding regular refresher training on tools and systems to the organizationEnabling new business deals as they land by ensuring customer setup activities are effectively managed through the CBA, logistics, and credit while confirming capabilities and processes are scalable/enabled.Be the primary interface between operations and other stakeholders, thinking global first to ensure Global Regional BMG Operations impacts are recognized and managed.Collaborating with the compliance teams to mitigate any local regulations that could impact Intel revenue.Part of this role could also include been the global lead for certain WW programs, managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and regionsLead overall programs including managing resource requirements and support needs across EMEA BMGDefining the program's governance arrangements where needed

  This PM role has scope to be a grade 7.

  Qualifications

  Minimum of 3 years' experience working in customer business operations or similar roleProgram Management experienceSupply Chain experience and knowledge would be an advantage

  Demonstrable skills/experience in the following areas:

  Ability to build, maintain and leverage global and regional stakeholder relationships to achieve high quality resultsEffective leadership, demonstrable influence skills and stakeholder management at global levelAbility to balance time and drive progress on several deliverables at once.Proactively understand BU's requirements to influence direction and best processes/tools to support business needs.Experience in problem solving and identifying areas for improvements.Change agent across all programs and ensure they bring the org along with themInnovative and self-directed, with a strong tolerance of ambiguityA 'can-do' approach and attitude, willingness to take informed risks in order to achieve desired organization and Intel goals.Ability to quickly digest problems and drive solutions across a dynamic stakeholder base.

  Working Model

  This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
