The team you will be part of :
Jabra is looking for an email marketing specialist to globally own and execute all our email marketing campaigns, no small feat. You will lead the successful development, implementation, and management of all email across our consumer and enterprise databases. Taking ownership of the development and execution of our email channel, a critical part of our overall marketing strategy, you will be responsible for key revenue targets, as well as growing our brand awareness and customer loyalty.
This role is placed within the global Brand, Content and Digital team, reporting to the Head of Brand Communications. You will join an exciting and talented team of around 40 people, made up of 18 different nationalities, all working together to drive best-in-class, innovative marketing execution. How you’ll be making an impact:
Your day-to-day role will include partnering with our in-house design and production teams, campaign planners and ecommerce team, as well as handling regional requests, to manage our email comms calendar and ensure successful creation and distribution of multi-market global campaigns.
Lead strategy for Jabra’s global email campaigns, from creation tolocalization as well as targeting and distribution of all email to our B2B and B2C databases.
Building,targeting, and distributing all emails. This role is hands on with email execution.
Responsible for revenue-driving ecommercekey moments,such as Black Friday, as well asworking closely with ecommerce stakeholders to plan the creation and execution of ongoing promotional and brand awareness emails to the consumer database.
Work closely with campaign planners to conceptualize email flows for new product launches and brand campaigns, advising on best practice and creating all emails.
Write compelling email copy that engages our various databases in line with our brandtone of voice, with the support of our in-house copywriter and external freelancers.
Work with the design team to create eye-catching visual assets for emails based on our brand guidelines.
Responsible for overall database growth and specific campaigns utilizing Jabra’s paid and owned channels to drive database growth in line with targets.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights and optimizations to drive continuous engagement, and by default, KPI improvement.
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:
Exceptional subject matter expertise in email marketing. You enjoy pushing the traditional boundaries of creative excellence to challenge the status quo.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; this role requires somebody who can write clear and compelling copy that stands out in inboxes and inspires action. You have a good grasp of what high-quality commercial writing for digital channels looks like.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience owning multi-audience email campaigns on a global scale with experience across strategy, optimization, and execution. You’ll be managing millions of mail deliveriesto millions of Jabra users across multiple segments and markets, so you’ll need to make sure campaigns are well-planned, well-coordinated, and free of errors.
Excellent working knowledge of data and CRM platforms including Google Analytics. Optimove and HTML experience would be beneficial.
Deep understanding of email KPIs, metrics, and reporting.Embraces an analytical approach and is comfortable working with data and digging into numbers, with a commercially driven mindset.
