The Email Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in planning, implementing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating compelling content, and utilizing email marketing tools to achieve campaign goals.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for email campaigns, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements.
Segmentation and Targeting: Segment email lists based on various criteria to ensure targeted and personalized communication to different audience segments.
Email Automation: Implement and optimize automated email marketing workflows, including drip campaigns, welcome series, and customer journey emails.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various elements such as subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key metrics, providing insights into campaign performance and recommending improvements for future campaigns.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including anti-spam laws and data protection regulations.
List Management: Manage and grow email subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in email marketing.

Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on campaign management and execution.
