Full-Time Elementary School Social Worker:

　　As we continue to expand, we seek a driven School Social Worker to join our team for a role in Joliet, IL. This position begins January 8th and goes until the end of school on May 24th.

　　Position Details:

　　Full Time Monday-Friday 

　　Hours are 7:50-2:40

　　Grades 3rd-5th

　　Caseload: 15-20 students

　　Support general education students and one EB/BD classroom

　　Complete reports and documentation of services

　　Conduct risk assessments as needed

　　Facilitate behavior intervention plans 

　　Qualifications:

　　Masters in Social Work

　　Active PEL with School Social Work Endorsement
