Elementary School Social Worker 2023-24 School Year 

　　AnthroMed Education is a growing community of Student Support Specialist, including Social Workers who support schools across the Midwest! Our team is the heart and soul of what we do, and we are committed to providing you with the resources and support you need to succeed.

　　We are on the search for a Full Time Elementary School Social Worker for the 23-24 school year! You would have the opportunity to work with a small caseload of K-5th grade students. The position would be Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm

　　Job Responsibilities of the School Social Worker include:

　　Provide intervention and casework support (whole group, small group, 1:1) to elementary students K-5

　　Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure student safety and success

　　Advocate for the wellbeing of students (social/emotional/academic)

　　Cross-functional collaboration with teachers and families to understand how to best meet student needs

　　Create and maintain interventions in order to understand effectiveness of behavior support plans

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements:

　　Master's Degree in Social Work

　　Must possess S310 form- Approval to work in MI schools

　　Previous school social work experience is preferred.
