Program Overview Complete multiple rotationsthrough warehouse departments including Parcel, Freight, Receiving andSupport. Program Length: 6 - 12 months. Rotation Duration: 1 - 3 months.Mentorship: You will be assigned mentors through each rotation.Placement after completing the program is dependent on your interests,performance, and business needs. Possible positions include: WarehouseManagement Trainee - Overnights (become a Warehouse Team Lead) Warehousesupport such as Inventory Control Administrative support in Operationsor Analytics. Position Responsibilities Become proficient in all aspectsof Uline\'s warehouse operations on all shifts. Complete hands-ontraining for support for assigned department. Drive compliance withsafety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouseleadership team objectives. Perform other duties as required or assignedwhich are reasonably within the scope of activities described above.Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree - any academic discipline willbe considered. Experience in warehouse, distribution, or retailpreferred. Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented. Forkliftcertification or reach truck driving experience preferred. Familiaritywith Microsoft Office preferred. Willing to relocate (with support) toanother Uline Warehouse location as needed.
