　　Roland and Story City are located 15 minutes north of Ames and 40 minutes north of Des Moines, just off Interstate 35. Nestled in the Iowa heartland, Roland and Story City are safe, attractive, and vibrant communities that embrace their small-town character. 　　Duties:- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the kindergarten curriculum- Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment for students- Teach foundational skills such as reading, writing, math, and science- Foster social and emotional development through activities and interactions- Incorporate physical education and movement into daily lessons- Utilize library services to promote literacy and a love for reading- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience- Mentor and support students in their academic and personal growth- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment

　　Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field- Valid teaching certification or license- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to effectively plan and organize lessons- Familiarity with education administration procedures and policies- Experience in behavior management techniques- Passion for educating young children and helping them reach their full potential
