When you join Caterpillar, you're joining a global team who cares not just about the work we do – but also about each other. We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities. We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.
As part of Caterpillar's Construction Industries Services Division (CISD), we are hiring a brand new role as an Electrification Services Manager to be responsible for creating, developing, and executing the aftermarket strategy for Electrification Services.
Role Summary: This brand new role will serve as the lead within CISD for the Electrification & Energy Solutions (E+ES) Division and will be a pioneer for the enterprise, managing the strategic development and execution of new and existing aftermarket services and solutions related to Electrification and the Energy Transition.
The Electrification Services Manager will collaborate with enterprise partners, dealers, and customers to identify service opportunities and drive alignment with broader Electrification initiatives. This role will operate in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of change as the organization learns and adjusts to new inputs, experience, and a changing business landscape. The Electrification Services Manager will be a key leader in driving the testing and adoption of new services and solutions, while gathering and communicating the “voice of the customer” and helping the enterprise improve quality and market acceptance of Caterpillar’s aftermarket services.

Coordinate Electrification Services “voice of the customer” (VOC) programs to identify customer needs and develop new services opportunities; establish processes to collect and prioritize VOC data and unmet customer needs pertaining to Electrification.
Resolve any CI-related aftermarket Leadership Table dependencies related to Electrification.
Lead other cross-divisional/enterprise-wide strategic projects related to CI Services for Caterpillar’s energy transition initiatives.
Manage a portfolio of special projects to explore, position, and achieve medium to long-term aftermarket services growth for CI Electrification.
What You Bring:
Extensive and progressive responsibility in equipment sales/marketing, product support, and/or engineering.
Strong background in strategic analysis, problem solving, business acumen, and governance.
Ability to influence at all levels, including senior management/executive.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience.
