2 CURRENT OPENINGS ON 1ST SHIFT
To maintain the electrical infrastructure of the plant along with production equipment and machinery utilizing your knowledge of 120V-480V. This facility is non-climate controlled, it will be a good blend of a commercial construction and manufacturing environment. Any technical experience from commercial or industrial electrical will apply well.
Essential Functions
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
• Use of basic tools such as multi-meters, pipe benders, hand tools, etc.
• Understand and exercise the required safety precautions necessary to complete the job.
• Complete the assigned task in a timely and professional manner.
• Comply with OSHA safety and health rules.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ideally looking for a Journeyman Electrician with experience working in a manufacturing plant. Next would be an industrial/manufacturing Electrician. Experience with overheads cranes or heavy equipment vehicles preferred

• 5+ years of related experience in production machines.
