　　responsibilities:

　　Verify industrial power & process plant electrical distribution and control equipment

　　Switchyards, Switchgear, motor control centers

　　Various motors, Protective relaying, control circuits

　　Power & Distribution transformers, Variable frequency drives, Generators

　　Verify installation, testing, commissioning of electrical devices

　　Perform daily tasks within expertise with safe, reliable instruction

　　Work according to project schedule to achieve commissioning goals

　　Evaluate drawings and documents, including vendor documents

　　Provide corrections for completeness, detail, and accuracy

　　Coordinate with project supervision or field engineer for as-built drawings

　　Assist with electrical checks/testing per industry standards

　　Follow or create procedures for assigned tasks safely (LOTO, Arc Flash, Arc Blast, Shock Hazard)

　　Work with vendors to commission their equipment

　　Collaborate with owner's operation and maintenance personnel periodically

　　Perform other duties as assigned

　　Requirements-

　　Associates degree in an electrical technology-related curriculum or equivalent job-related experience

　　Two years of experience equals 1 year of college credit

　　One (1) year to 10 years' plus of work commissioning experience

　　Operational and maintenance of electrical equipment and controls discipline

　　May be required to supervise

　　Other technicians, subcontractors, or client personnel

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
